At Bellaro Luxe, we partner with trusted print providers to bring your items to life as soon as you place your order. Because every product is made-to-order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships.

Estimated Shipping Times:

USA: 3–7 business days after production

Canada: 8–14 business days

International: 10–21 business days

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. If you're ordering for a special occasion, please plan accordingly.

🚚 Shipping Issues:

Wrong Address:
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping once a valid address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages:
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to the facility are the responsibility of the customer for reshipment.

Returned Items (Customer-Initiated):
Please contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Note: Size charts are provided in each product listing—please review carefully before ordering.

🌍 International Orders:

Brazil: Customers in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with proof of purchase and photos. Refunds are subject to review to ensure the product was not used or damaged.

EU Customers:
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to order or clearly personalized

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
